DOULA SERVICES:
Free consultation (in-person) I’d love to meet you and your birth support person to review services and fit. We can meet for coffee, at my office, or your preferred location.
Packages include:
1–2 prenatal visits (in-person)
Continuous labor support
Up to 2 hours breastfeeding help after birth
1 postpartum visit at 2–3 weeks
Prenatal visits
Visit 1 (28–32 weeks): Discuss birth goals, preferences, comfort measures, evidence-based resources, and answer questions.
Visit 2 (around 36 weeks): Hands-on practice (massage, counter pressure, rebozo, positions, relaxation). Balance due at this visit.
Labor support
Call when you think labor begins; I typically arrive within ~1 hour.
Continuous emotional and physical support from home through birth; I will stay unless extraordinary circumstances occur.
Photos/videos welcome with consent (not professional).
Recovery
Typically stay up to 2 hours postpartum to assist with initial feeding and comfort. Photos/videos with consent.
Postpartum visit
2–3 weeks after birth to review your experience, provide resources, and support your transition.
Planned cesarean
Gentle, family-centered support
Hospital accompaniment and advocacy for a calm, family-centered cesarean (lighting, music, immediate bonding options).
Education on options, emotional support, and presence until you are settled in postpartum.
Investment:
Total: $1,000
Deposit: $500 nonrefundable due within 10 days of your complimentary consultation to reserve your due date.
Balance: Remaining $500 due by 36 weeks.
Payment plans available — ask for details.
Teenage clients: services free of charge.
